Recipe: Homemade Barley Water

Preparation time: 1 hour

Cooking time: 1 hour

Serves: 4


· 6 cups of water

· 1 pack of Mewah Organic Pearl Barley

· 1 teaspoon of Mewah Organic Himalayan Rock Salt

· 1 teaspoon of Mewah Organic Cane Sugar

· 10 slices of Mewah Natural Winter Melon Sugar

Cooking Instructions:

1. Wash barley a few times and soak for at least 1 hour.

2. Combine the soaked barley, cane sugar, himalayan rock salt and winter melon sugar into a pot and let it boil.

3. Simmer the mixture until aromatic and desired thickness.

4. Enjoy your homemade drink!
