Recipe: Homemade Red Adzuki Bean Dessert

Preparation time: 1 hour

Cooking time: 2 hours

Serves: 4


• 1 pack of Mewah Organic Red Adzuki Bean

• 1 teaspoon of Mewah Organic Cane Sugar

• 1 teaspoon of Mewah Organic Crystal Rock Sugar

Cooking Instructions:

1. Wash adzuki bean a few times and soak for at least 1 hour.

2. Combine the soaked red adzuki bean, cane sugar and crystal rock sugar into a pot and let it boil.

3. Simmer the mixture until aromatic and desired thickness.

4. Enjoy your homemade dessert!
